⋒ Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Yes! I personally tested all posts for sensitivity, I have sensitive ears myself.
All posts are stainless steel and nickel-, lead-, and cadmium-free. 

My order is taking too long to arrive. Can I get a refund? 

When placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping can take longer than usual, especially during holiday periods for international shipments.
This is unfortunately completely out of my hands. I do not issue refunds because orders are taking too long to get to you.

 What do I do if my order arrives broken?

If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me at hello@clnatelier.com so I can make it right. Please make sure to contact me within 2 days of receiving the order!

⋒ What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If you added tracking to your order, please check the tracking info online. I have the same info at my disposal, and can't see any more info than this. 

If it has been deliverd, but you can't find it, please check with your neighbours or check your local post office to see if they stored the package for you. 

If the item is delayed due to customs or international shipping, please be patient. Your parcel should arrive, just with a little delay.

⋒ Do I need to pay import/custom charges?

The shipping fees charged for your order do not  include custom fees, duties, or import taxes. As the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country. 

My parcel was returned to sender, what now?

It can take a few weeks for the parcel to arrive at my studio. Most RTS parcels come from the USA with the label 'unclaimed'. If you're in the USA, and your order takes a long time to arrive, please go to your local post office to check it your package is there. Often, when a parcel couldn't be deliverd, they keep it in the post office until it is being claimed. After a certain amount of time (usually 4-6 weeks) they return the package to the original sender if still unclaimed.

There are two options once a parcel arrives at my studio:
If you want a refund, I can issue a refund on the items you bought, not the shipping cost.
If you want to have the items reshipped, you’d have to pay a  shipping fee.

Before shipping again, I would also check your address to make sure it’s the right one.

⋒ General precautions

This is applicable to any product in my store:
Please keep out of the reach of young children & pets due to small parts which could pose a choking hazard.
None of the products in my shop are toys  and they aren't suitable for children of any age.
