Track your order

If you opted for tracked shipping, it might take a few days for the info to update. 

International tracked orders 

For international tracked orders, I'm using a third-party shipping company that forwards all parcels to the Deutsche Post hub in Frankfurt. Once they arrive in Frankfurt, they can be tracked via this Deutsche Post tracking link. So don't worry if your tracking info isn't updating the first few days. This means your order is still on its way to Germany. 

Tracked Orders within Belgium and The Netherlands

Tracked orders within Belgium and tracked orders going to The Netherlands can be traced via the websites of either Post NL or Bpost. 

Simply copy the tracking ID that was included in your shipping confirmation, and paste it via one of the above websites.
